Hi there. I just wanted to reach out regarding the classic Death Sound "Help Me". This was a foundational feature, and was very immersive. Many of us old veterans were absolutely dumbfounded when the original DF creators removed it.

I feel like it misses the mark only being able to acquire a scroll that will have your own character make this sound - since the excitement and enjoyment was when other players were killed and made the sound.

I'd love to see this reconsidered - and I know many friends and veterans I've talked to about it over the years share the same sentiment.

It was extremely entertaining in a large fight or siege, when multiple people went down one after another and you just hear "Help Me" echoing out multiple times over the battlefield.. Great immersion that was lost based on a poor decision to remove it by the original developers.
