Reintroduce Faction Warfare with Race Change and Alliance Mechanics
Easy and simple solution to alignment issues:
Bring back race war with 2 factions. Joining a party or clan with anyone who is red or of the opposite faction makes you red (so towers in your factions cities**** you).
- Give everyone a free race change token, so they can choose what race they want to be after the rules are changed.

Everyone can attack everyone else at all times.
Zones only dictate what you drop. Blue=nothing, Yellow=ONLY YOUR EQUIPPED GEAR (farm in c*** if you don't want to lose anything good, and this creates risk/reward for the attacker....easy kills should not give great reward), Red = Everything. Doing it the other way around doesn't make sense, because it just forces players to bank often, which is not fun.
Get rid of flagging.
Whether you are red or not depends on alignment, or being grouped/clanned with red players (i.e., players of opposite faction or who are red based on alignment). You get a big alignment hit for killing blue players of your own faction in blue or yellow zone (less in yellow zone). The only consequence of going red are that towers in your own faction's cities**** you, and you drop all your stuff it you get killed, no matter where.
