Add a glow to dropped items. Players are currently running away from enemies and dropping their rare items while running on a mount in bushes or places to conceal their stuff. They hope the enemy doesn't notice the tiny item bag on the ground and retrieve their good stuff later after they die. Players are also hiding their good drops in bushes or holes so if they get ganked, they can come back later to get their good loot. The item bags are too hard to spot when people take advantage like this.
