New Item Suggestions for Steam launch - Racial Ability recipes

High end mobs (Bosses, Champions, Very Hard) have a chance of dropping rare books, recipes and scrolls that grant who ever uses them a specific ability that was previously only gotten through racial passives. NONE OF THESE SHOULD STACK WITH RACIALS.

Examples: Fire Dragon has a chance of dropping a scroll of haste 'Haste of Longevity' that when consumed changes your haste buff to the same buff that Humans give (does not stack with Human racial). Certain mobs drop recipes that grant the Human food buff, for example Sea Serpents could drop a recipe for 'Succulent Fried Lobster' that either replaces or is just added to the player's cooking recipes.

All racial buffs could be turned into varying degrees of rare item drops to give players a long term grind to go after to 'complete' a character.
