Allow hotkeys to automatically unsheathe your weapon.

Example: Mana to Stamina is bound to R. Weapon sheathed, R is pressed.

Current behavior:

• Nothing happens.

Desired behavior:

• If staff is equipped, unsheathe and cast Mana to Stamina.
• If other weapon is equipped, but swap weapon slot is set on the hotkey, unsheathe, swap weapon to staff as per the hotkey settings, and cast Mana to Stamina.

This would greatly reduce friction and improve UX.
