Require a short duration channel without moving to spawn a boat. Presently, boat vs boat meta involves spawning another ship in front of the enemy ship (while chasing them) to stop them in place or box them in. This is r3t4rd3d. It's happened to us at 3 out of 3 sea towers thus far.
