Purpose : Allow both daily and weekly tasks progression to carry over if not finished.

Benefit : If players are late, they still have some purpose and motivation to pursue these repeatable task.

It helps casuals to get some value out of them even if it is not possible to finish them in the current cycle.

Possible Bug : Currently I am seeing sometimes these repeated tasks are actually rolled over and other times they are fully reset.
