Implement Crafting Mastery and Unique Item Acquisition through Recipes and Blueprints

The idea is that Crafting should be locked behind recipes and blueprints. Crafting mastery and Q3 and above enchanting specifically.

Currently everyone is able to craft anything and everything. Some might call that a positive but as a crafter you really don't have a big opportunity to stake your craft apart from anyone else other than max enchanting maybe.

I propose mastery gear should be locked behind mob dropped or rewards from trade routes. A thing many other MMOs do is they keep the carrot going for collectors. You could be known as the guy who has all of the Q4 enchanting materials that took months of farming low drop mobs or maybe you're the first clan to get a justicebringer blueprint. Suddenly your small clan is rich and a player in the world.
