Add a always drop tag to Rank 50+ equipment to encourage risk of bringing it into yellow zones which are meant to be more of a stepping stone for newer players, and discourage veteran players to bring them in a gear bag with zero risk of losing them so that we no longer see players farming with infernal/dragon and high rank equipment with zero risk
