Implement Daily Hypercharged Dungeons with Loot Bonus and Clan Completion Cap

Every day make 2 random daily-quest dungeons hypercharged. A hypercharged dungeon gives double the loot on the quest only, so you don't incentive the strongest group to camp it all day, just complete their daily and leave.

The current hypercharged dungeons is somehow marked on the map, its not some secret.

Additionally, I believe there should be a cap implemented so that only 10 people in a clan can complete the daily in a 1 hour period. It's kinda ridiculous you can take 15 people to a dungeon with almost no efficiency loss and in near complete safety since its very unlikely you can find anyone else that can contest 15 people, most groups they fight if they find anyone at all will be like 5 or less. I think this cap should also apply to task dailies. If you have 20 people that want to do it, you can either split up your parties so they do it at separate times or take an efficiency loss by doing it at the same time and pooling/splitting the loot.
