Cooldown tracking bar.
Add an option for a cooldown tracker which tracks added spells and abilities with a timer overlaid to aid keeping track of cooldown, bar would be moveable and adjustable aswell as changing opacity, current cooldown tracking is tedious on a tiny hotbar with no real timer indication.
