Implement a Slow and Balanced Crafting System with Daily Skill Gain Caps

Make crafting grind extremely long for 64 bit. I mean, really long - several years to get everything to max.
Make grind very slow, no potions and with a daily cap on skill gains which you should only get through pve/crafting/meditation. A modest cap will prevent no lifers from getting too far ahead of the casuals too quickly without handicapping them.
Front load spells and skills so people can fight though.
