Remove Portals/Clan City Portals/Billboards/Runebooks. Keep house recall and bindstone recall. This brings value back to all houses. Teleportation destabilizes regionalization. This leads to the larger/more experienced vets being at every event or pvp encounter and overwhelmingly dominating them. Most fights end up being dragged out to a group that can also port nearby and reinforce the fight. There needs to be a playground for newer groups to contest their own pvp and grow.

It sounds bad at face value, but letting more people strive in their area will be better, instead of nothing but the stronger/vet groups dominating all areas
