Rework the market-- similar to SWG Bazaar system.

Instead of being able to completely transact on the market across all other markets the market should instead show listings on player vendors and show the villages/house names that those items are available on.

This would encourage players still needing to travel and also contributing to a robust player economy, also significantly increases the values of housing and different housing locations.
