Add a timer for dropping items/bags

Currently dropping items and bags is INSTANT, this means players can drop their good loot inside bushes on yssam, behind rocks on cairn (with the bag blending in to the terrain REALLY WELL), or just basically anywhere, INSTANTLY, WHILE IN PVP, and you wont really be able to tell they did it, it can even be done while riding a mount, while running, while casting, etc

This obviously goes against the spirit of a full loot pvp game and my suggestion is adding a short timer to dropping items on the ground, prehaps a better sound effect to indicate item drops and/or a better visual to dropped items/bags than a tiny bag on the ground, at least maybe make its****box bigger so its easier to scan trough bushes on yssam???
