Introduce Debuff After Ray to Balance Parrying in Combat

Nerf parry.
It's unbelievably boring in fights. It wasn't as much of a problem back in the day, because you couldn't ray, parry, ray, parry.
No paperdoll lock with the current parry system is a joke. It shouldn't be free stats to parry, and there should be a short debuff after you Ray that doesn't allow you to parry. Any changes are welcomed
