Implementing an Official Ranked Arena System with Various Match Types

New player perspective:
In my opinion what this game needs the most is an [Official Ranked Arena System with brackets (1vs1, 2vs2, 3vs3, 4vs4, 5vs5, 10vs10).]
It should reward you with flashy titles, skins etc. to make it "worth it" but nothing game breaking. Ideally it should also give you some rewards for winning so you "don't waste your time" but not too good so there is no "win trading".
Basically it should take all the sweaty guys running from city to city looking for a PvP to an instanced place (queued at your race capital city) and take them out of the World so other players can farm in peace. If you want to kill somebody for their loot you go out normally as before and roam for Gods know how long until you jump somebody at 40%HP, kill them and take all their stuff <- This is what makes new players quit the game!!!
It is unrealistic to expect savoir-vivre from Veteran players who win with no real resistance from the new players to just resurrect the defeated and walk away (still, that happens sometimes which is nice to see) but those who just want to log in and have constant PvP action will be in the Arena at that time.
When it comes to Arena - you can queue any time. If you win - you get better ranking and be paired with better players, if you loose, you go back or stay the same. That way you have some chance to hone your skills against players with similar skill level and not just being crushed over and over AND OVER again by your veteran Clanmate with Rank90 Q5 Enchants while you are rocking your minted R40 with Q1 Enchants (why don't you guys just lower your gear quality while fighting us 0.o?!).
Aren't most of people staying in their hamlets and duelling a couple hours straight anyway? Did you see those "Duels in front of Sanguine anyone?" messages on Agon chat? Yes. It is needed.
