Context Menu Option for Creating Tickets from User Messages

here's an idea for the discord bot from a moderator standpoint adding a context menu option for making a suggestion and bugs from a users message eg a user complains in the discord server about a bug but wont make a bug report on it a moderator or dev could go to the context menu and use that message (eg it has attachments) and make a ticket based off it id also suggest a modal for more info to be passed if needed
