Configurable AI Messaging System for Player Interactions

Support Knowledge - Able to set minimum length of characters needed in player message before AI sends a message - Able to choose AI sensitivity in how much information it requires before sending messages (main problem at the moment, too strict, while often has more than enough information to give) - Option to force sending messages even when the question will be answered partly. All three requests are essentially the same but might be cool to have this system tweakable to your liking with options such as above, which already exist for other features of Betahub I think the main issue is the how strict the AI is, even with partial info it would not deem it enough to be pushed
