Support Tickets - Add Knowledge Base Support
In a Support Ticket, whenever someone Resolves a ticket, before able to Resolve, a popup or just an option on the side, asking if it wants to Add this Knowledge to the Knowledge Base.

In time, through actively closing tickets, it allows the knowledge base to effectively grow bigger upon resolved support tickets.
As these tickets can vary from account support to general gameplay, it's a great learning asset for the AI. Now this isn't always applicable for every ticket so optional might be best.

This goes great with the already existing Quick Question Button (allowing to ask the Bot direct questions and it answers from the knowledge base)
As this will grow vastly over time by resolving tickets, will even make resolving tickets somewhat fun 😅

I think in time this will even be better than providing gameplay documents as every ticket is specific to a certain issue, and overtime you will answer information you would never have thought of writing your gamedesign documents.
