Steps to Reproduce

1. Open BetaHub
2. Report a Bug for any software
3. Fill out the form
4. Attach Log File or Video Clip or Screenshot
5. The Submission Strength is not updating

Explanation

When reporting a bug, the submission strength and the submission strength suggestions wont update, even if i provided what the suggestion said (for example providing a log file or video). The submission strength dont update and the suggestion wont disappear or be replaced. The submission of the issue is not affected by this. Its just the strength indicator beeing affected.
