Items and Path Disappearing in Build Mode

Steps to Reproduce

Enter build mode.
Place items down
The items on plot will glitch in and out after a minute in build mode
Path will dissapear and so will items placed on the plot.

Explanation

Whenever I enter build where the path is dissapears, and anything that i have placed on the front half of my plot, as seen in the photo below. The first photo shows when the glitch is in action, and the second picture shows what my plot actually looks like. It has been like this for me for a good few months, and it is making it impossible for me to build. Please fix this bug, thanks for listening.
