Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select Nordic faction
  2. Try to move units across rivers
  3. Units get blocked by rivers instead of swimming
  4. Ability tooltip still shows "Swim" as active

Explanation

Nordic faction's ability "Swim" is not working correctly. Units cannot move across rivers as they should, making the Nordic faction significantly weaker than intended.
