Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start any game mode
  2. Move your character towards the Factory
  3. Enter the Factory area
  4. Frame rate drops dramatically

Explanation

Severe frame rate drops during the factory exploration phase. The game runs smoothly at 60fps during most gameplay, but drops to 10-15fps whenever I'm near or inside the Factory area. This makes the Factory essentially unplayable.
