Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter combat with another faction
  2. Try to select combat actions
  3. Buttons don't respond to clicks
  4. Must restart the encounter

Explanation

Action buttons become unresponsive during combat encounters. Clicking on "Attack" or "Defend" buttons doesn't register, forcing players to restart the encounter.
