these are all small but lace/clay textures would be lovely and very useful for details, as well as fancier cups and utensils to go with some of the cute seasonal dishes. itd also be nice if there could be an a/c that fits in windows/windows with a/cs preinstalled. more bay windows as well would be lovely as we only have the one and while its lovely its also old.
