A bunch of art supplies. There isn't a ton of art stuff in build mode for houses. Maybe add something like sculpting, more painting, additional canvas decor, more paint, for frames, maybe add canvases. Some free painting, maybe. Sewing, woodworking, crochet, and decor. All creative stuff, I think, would be cool and would add a nice buzz. This could help make more creative spaces like art studios or bedrooms, for the creative kind. And it can improve some skills.
