Enhance Build Mode with Rotation, Resize, Grouping, and New Wallpapers/Flooring

Allow us to rotate all the roofs, change the size of all objects, and add a grouping tool to make building easier. maybe add more wallpapers like polkadot, stripes, bows, vintage, Victorian, birds with trees and blossoms ect. and flooring options, like cork, and linoleum, allowing decal customization while in build mode,
