It would be cool to add a real estate update where you can sell property to NPCs, and there should be abandoned property and all that you can purchase and revitalise. It would also be super cool if there were trends on the Internet or newspapers in the game that you could follow, so for example maybe traditional furniture and materials/colours might be trending, so furniture that fits that description will be in high demand, and therefore properties containing that furniture would sell for a higher value. If you think about it, it would also encourage more players to purchase gamepasses like the multiple floors or advanced placement. I'd name it the Bloxburg Revitalisation Project or soemthing.

P.S., if you actually do this I'm expecting a gold statue of my avatar striking a pose in the middle of Bloxburg, and a plaque of my username and "Spearhead of the Revitalisation Project" for real.
