Vehicle Update: Modernized Cars, Trunk Access, and Detailed Interiors

We need a vehicle update! All those old cars really need an update they look very outdated compared to the current Bloxburg.
Also we need to be able to open up the trunks of cars to place groceries and a vehicle interior update that u can use radio, play the news and make everything more detailed
