I REALLY think you guys should make a hospital, fire station and police office. (with jobs) I think it'd add on to the roleplays EXTREMELY well!! Plus it'd be very fun to work at these places. Like the police station have like a cop game where u chase down criminals (bots) for money, in the hospital you could work with different patients, and in the fire station put out fires in the forest, houses etc.
