customiseable vehicle/ houseboat update

tools like engine, wheels needed to drive. more speed for more cash, like the solar panels efficiency.

Be able to have customiseable numberplates (wtb 123 for standard custom eg cherry67 for 100 blockbux) Enables players to have ideal cars, obviously have a limit to size as some people will try to glitch the cars and cause chaos. Enable enough for maybe a campervan / housebus that is actually driveable by player. This would be really cool and great for roleplays.

Bases available for boats and details, u can do this with basic shapes but it looks clunky. players who spawn on sunset pointe would be able to drive the boats into the sea and sail around. I know many players are against the ideas of pets but since a mouse was added maybe fish could be too. you could get a fishing rod for $2500 to fish off your yacht and put them in tanks/ponds. Common fish red/green/blue rare fish pink/pastel colours legendary shiny/neon/gold like the butterfly system. May also link to an aquarium update 👀
