You should add where people can make house. And then they can add it to the prebuilt category but there would be a list they need to complete. To add it maybe for a house it has to have a bed, fridge or an oven and a toilet etc. they would set the price but the rules would be you can not make the price below the plots price it would have to be to the closest number it can’t be 72k it would have to be 75k or 59k to 60k.
