Add Custom Carpeted and Specialty Stairs to Bloxburg

Bloxburg has a lot of stairs, but we are missing some great additions. Bloxburg should have Carpeted C stairs. I have built in bloxburg many times and having to make custom carpeted C stairs. Bloxburg should also add other types of stairs like, U stairs, different types of L stairs, etc.
