The "Tiered Cake Stand" with the empty plates version and works like "Cake Stand".

I think this would be a nice touch if the tiered cake stand has the same function as the default cake stand. So we can display our foods and only players with certain permission can access it as display things. Maybe it need made to be a bit taller so the foods can fits inside and any device can place the food on it.
