Option to Purchase Prebuilt House Layouts and More Affordable Prebuilt Houses

Hi! I have a suggestion for Bloxburg.
My suggestion is to be able to purchase just the layout of Bloxburg Prebuilt Houses. For example, if there was a full-made house in the Prebuilt Market, you could just buy the layout and floorplan of the house and then decorate the home yourself. This would be helpful as you could pay less for a prebuilt and customize the interior to your liking.

Another suggestion I have is more prebuilt houses.

E.G.

A british-styled terrace row
An apartment

And some other prebuilts but please make them affordable!!
