Enable Full Texture Customization for Fancy Items

Please change it so that you can change ALL textures on the fancy items (counters, cabinets, etc.) It is extremely disappointing that you can't change the trim or handles to be metal or similar materials! It makes these items almost unusable for me unfortunately, even though I would love to use them.
