Announcing messages in bloxburg neighbourhoods.

Im suggesting that we should be able to announce messages in Our neighbourhoods! This could be quite useful for big events/gameshows/plays etc. How this would work is that you would go into the configuration Tab of the neighbourhood where you can also change time and Grass colour and there you would be able to type in a message and announce it! This is so people from anywhere in your building could see what you are saying!
