Ability to Add Fences/Railings to Custom Stairs and Resize Stairs

the option to place fences/railings on custom built stairs. Or the option to resize stairs to make them longer or shorter that wall length. For example when building a deck, you have to make custom stairs since the deck isn’t wall height. However you cannot place railings on the stairs so you would have to build custom railings.
