Revamp Daily Rewards to a Global Fixed Reset Time

The current 24-hour cooldown timer creates a frustrating "time-drift" effect. If a player claims their reward at 8:00 PM, they cannot claim the next one until 8:00 PM the following day. This inevitably pushes the claim time later and later each day, forcing players to eventually break their streak due to real-life schedules.

The solution could be to switch the Daily Login system from a rolling 24-hour timer to a fixed Global Daily Reset (e.g., 00:00 UTC).
