Feature Request: Individual Light Control via Light Switches
Hello! I am a huge fan of Bloxburg. I’ve been playing since 2022. One thing I think would be nice about builds is if a light switch could control specific lights instead of the lights in a room. You could use the light switch and custom link specific lights to it. For example, there could be a switch inside the house that could control outside lights, like in real life! It’s difficult having to constantly go outside to turn off lights manually at night. Here’s the vision. So you know how when you’re placing a structural item for example, or perhaps a floor, you have the option between manual and automatic placement? My idea was that there can be an option for automatic control or manual control. Then, if you select manual control, you can select each light you want the switch to turn on or off, and after you place the switch it’ll only turn on those specific lights instead of the ones in the current room. I’ve had to get around this by building custom rooms with a wall and a large door frame so that lights operate independently, but even then it still just doesn’t look right. I think this would be a very good feature, and maybe it could be added in a lighting update, since it seems that light from one room/floor and pour into another. Thanks for taking my suggestion into consideration!
