This is a suggestion for the future buildings downtown. I already know you guys already have planned out what each building is going to be but I would like to suggest that not all buildings should be stores, and we should instead get a mix of buildings like a vet, dentist, bank, etc! They don't all have to be in the same area. For example, the pet store and the vet could be located in different locations.

The cafe should definitely have the same style as the brick/green building in front of the movie theater.

Stylez Salon should also get an upgrade where its expanded more to the left than it currently is, and there would be a nail salon area + waiting area. That would be so cute!
