Add a way for players to look up in build mode.

I'm always trying to build things on the ceiling or put vines on high arches, that is extremely difficult to do when there's no way to look up at what I'm building, adding a way to look directly up in build mode would significantly help in situations like this.

Some examples:
When in build mode, scrolling in all the way only allows you to look straight ahead, you could add onto that so you can scroll in a few more times to look up,

Or you could add a dedicated free cam for build mode that doesn't hide UI.
