Precision Controls for Building Adjustments and Toggleable Placement Confirmation

Adding a number adjustment feature for transforming, rotation and resizing. So basically you can put in if you want it however many up or however many down because building on mobile is really tricky and this could and could make a huge difference. Also please get rid of the pressing tick mark to place down an item or at least make it toggle able because it it's making me go crazy.
