selling/renting houses aka plots

this suggestion has been recommended by thousands of players. what this suggestion is;
players can design houses and add custom furniture, etc that can be put up for sale or rent. to make this more appealing and suitable for bloxburg - the players wanting to rent or purchase a home must have those gamepasses, amount of money, and bloxbucks. the plots will be automatically sold in terms of the plots the users have.
ex, matilda101 is putting “sunny hill” up for sale and goinslotter wants to purchase it. goinslotter has every requirement in tht build and initially pays matilda101 for how much she thinks is worth it. matilda101 now does not have access to this build, or recent build history - however, goinslotter does.
this example shows how the sales will work and how realistic it is for real life lessons, players get a chance to experience selling houses and preparing for future opportunities.
