Add Weather and Temperature System for Character Moodlets and Health

One feature I think would make Bloxburg more realistic and immersive is adding a weather and temperature system that affects players. For example, during the summer or on especially hot days, if a player doesn’t have their air conditioning turned on, their character could receive a “Too Hot” moodlet and eventually become exhausted or even faint if it’s ignored for too long. Likewise, during the winter, if a player doesn’t use their heater, their character could become too cold and eventually get sick. Players could remove these moodlets by turning on the AC or heater, taking a shower, wearing weather-appropriate clothing, or using other items that help regulate temperature adding another layer of realism and giving players a reason to install thermostats, fireplaces, ceiling fans, and HVAC systems. This feature would make homes feel more functional and create a deeper life simulation experience while still allowing players to manage their homes in a fun and interactive way.
