First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for my mistake. I deeply regret what happened and fully understand that my actions were inappropriate. I have learned from this experience, and I truly hope to be given one opportunity to return to the game.
The Bloxburg support team previously informed me that my ban could potentially be resolved by removing the plot that caused the issue. Their exact message was:
"I can possibly remove this plot, but you would lose everything on it. Buildings like these can have serious consequences for our game and you are responsible for what happens on your account. Can I go ahead and do that?"
After receiving this message, I replied that I accepted losing the entire plot if it meant resolving the situation. Unfortunately, after that, I sent several follow-up tickets but never received another response.
I completely understand that the final decision is yours. I am not asking for special treatment. I only ask for a definitive answer—whether it is positive or negative—so that I can finally know the outcome of my case instead of waiting without any response.
