Ever since basements have been added I and many others have been yearning for a second basement layer, it would open a near infinite world of possibilities!!
Having a second layer would allow people to make incredible, grand underground structures hidden in plain sight, which would be so much fun 🙏 Personally I love making grand interiors with tall ceilings, but since this would make the exterior way too large i do it underground, but this means i can only use one story which makes the ceilings average length. On top of that it’s hard to add layers of depth to underground structures such as with small stairways and rooms at slightly elevated or lowered levels, which can really impact the overall layout. I truly hope this feature can be considered, since i’m sure many builders would love this (ive been wanting it for years, making incredibly large, maze like interiors is so amazing but having a decent sized exterior to accompany it with would be nice 🥺)
