I think that the janitor job could be improved quite a bit. I haven't done this job in the new school much yet, but from my experiences of doing it recently, I found that trash was much harder to find than before, and seems to spawn less frequently or is just much less obvious. Also, due to the long walks I had to do whilst trying to find the trash, my efficiency decreased significantly, so I think that efficiency may need to be scaled to fit the rate of spawning and distance between trash (similarly to how efficiency decreases less fast for jobs like pizza delivery and taxi driver). Another possible improvement could be arrows to the trash or the ability to see a highlighted outline of the trash through walls to help find it better.
