Introduce Business Ownership & Management System for Business Building and Management

I would like to propose a Business Ownership & Management update, which would allow the player to build, own, and manage their own business. Although working as an employee for one of the game's employers is enjoyable, I think it would be interesting to try working as a business owner too. This feature would add a whole new dimension to Bloxburg's building aspect, as well as be engaging for the players.

The business ownership would start when the player buys their business license at the Town Hall. There would be a set of business license ranks (possibly Small Business, Medium Business, Corporation), which would show how many employees the business owner may hire and how big their business can get, so one could work their way up from being a small-time shop keeper to running a multi-plot corporation.

The player would be able to build any kind of business that they desire. It could be as simple as a coffee shop, a restaurant, a bakery, a clothing shop, a grocery store, a hotel, a gym, a salon, a car dealership, or something else! They could build their desired establishment with Bloxburg's building tools. I feel this would bring more creativity to Bloxburg, while also giving the commercial buildings purpose.

When managing the business, the owner will not only focus on the profit. They would be able to hire their friends, other players online, or NPC employees to work at their business as a cashier, cook, cleaner, manager, delivery driver, and more. The employees could earn money by working at the business, and it could create more multiplayer engagement by working together and getting paid.

The customers would be able to rate the businesses according to their cleanliness, waiting time, variety of goods/services offered, decorations, and prices. The businesses that offer the best experience for the customers will get good reviews, so they will attract more customers and generate more profit. However, the poorly-run businesses would get bad reviews, meaning that they won't get many customers.

The businesses would require some inventory, so it would be the owner's job to keep it well-stocked. The inventory could vary between almost any business. For instance, a restaurant will have ingredients stocked, a grocery store will have goods stocked, a clothing shop will have clothes stocked, and a car dealership will have cars stocked. The player can do this themselves or they can set up a delivery system for the business.

A Business Dashboard would show the most important aspects of the business, such as: profit, expenses, customer reviews, inventory, employees/salary, and much more. This way the business owner keeps track of their business and knows whether to raise/lower prices, hire/fire employees, etc.

There could also be special business events which would occur throughout the year. It could be holidays, food festivals, grand openings, anniversary events, and many more. This would engage the players by giving them events to work for and attract more customers to the businesses.

As the owner becomes more skilled, they will be able to open "franchise" businesses on other plots. They wouldn't have to manage each business themselves, so it would be the manager's job to do that. This would give experienced players end-game content and engage them.

I think you would consider my proposal, as it would enhance Bloxburg's gameplay by giving a whole new aspect to engage the players, which I think is the heart of building simulation games. It will give the players a reason to build commercial buildings, fill the map with more interesting structures and activities, while not taking away from the main gameplay of working, building, and living in Bloxburg.
